My cakes taste best at just below room temperature. If you are serving the cake on the day that you pick it up, you can choose to refrigerate it or keep it out of direct sunlight in a cool area but don’t let it sit out for more than an hour. If you choose to refrigerate your cake, please take it out 30 minutes before serving to ensure soft cake and creamy buttercream.
Macarons taste their best at room temperature or slightly chilled – the buttercream is soft, the ganache is creamy, and the shells are nice and chewy! Macarons will keep well for up to 4 days after purchase, though they do need a little special care! To preserve freshness, plastic wrap the bakery box or transfer to an airtight container. Take them out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before serving to enjoy them at room temperature.

- Drive with precaution; Avoid Pot-Holes, Sharp Turns, Crazy Drivers and Slamming on your brakes.
- To transport larger cakes, bring an SUV or larger sedan when picking up your cake.
- Do not set your cake in the seat or a trunk.
- Many cakes that are smaller than 12″ in diameter can be fit into the front seat-passenger side-floorboard, anything larger should be in an adult’s lap or a level and air-conditioned spot.
